The problem
Automations were drifting. Errors went silent. New builds repeated old mistakes. There was no shared brain across Make.com, n8n, and the PE codebase.
The architecture
- 01Every PE scenario ends with a webhook to the PE Run Logger.
- 02Run Logger writes the run to the Notion Scenario Run Logs data source.
- 03If Notion is down, the logger falls back to Google Sheets and fires a Gmail alert.
- 04Errors append to the Brain Hub Error Codex with platform, trigger, root cause, fix, and frequency count.
- 05Weekly Synthesizer scenario rolls patterns into recurring pitfalls.
