The problem
Outreach, follow ups, proposals, and revenue were spread across four tabs. There was no single view of what was on the table or what was overdue.
The architecture
- 01Vite + React UI reads from the Lead OS Google Sheet (single source of truth).
- 02Dashboard ranks follow ups by urgency using stage, last touch, and value weights.
- 03Daily Command Center surfaces the next best action for KP each morning.
- 04Won deals flow into a Revenue panel that tracks against the $25k/mo target.
